Complete Integration
All five main systems are integrated in one or more ways. That also means that if even one organ fails, the whole body could be affected. The nervous system controls everything, like the heart, which pumps blood that goes to the muscles which move bones that make blood cells which get oxygen from the respiratory system. That is just one example of the integration in the human body. Another is that the spinal cord is supported by the spine which also supports arteries that are supplied with oxygen from the lungs. That blood could go to the brain or the muscles that move bone, bones that give the body structure. All of the systems are extremely important for the body. If one system fails, the results could be catastrophic.
